CEiMB 3 : Banana Cream Pie

Yes, the steak tacos got skipped. Ain’t used to keeping up with this yet, but that’s changed now! This week’s recipe is Banana Cream Pie pg. 276, what do y’all think about it? If y’all have any questions or comments, let’s start talking about them here.

    I attempted to make the crust yesterday but it completely fell apart. It was way to thin. I may have to cheat and sub a pre-made crust since I am out of graham crackers.

    I’m probably skipping the banana pie this week. My parenst are out of town and it’s a bit too much for me to eat on my own. But maybe I’ll reconsider: it’s not thursday yet!

    What day is the recipe reveal day? I made the chicken chop suey today for my boss’s and it was fabulous! The banana cream pie sounds great!

    I ‘m up for my first CEiMB I’ll be making in steps around a painting class tonight- hope it turns out- probably post late tomorrow pm. Running to the store on my lunch hour to get grahams- How can we be out of those?! ;)

    Don’t worry, I missed it too! Ok, more zomg how can I have forgotten I needed to run to the store to get milk and now it’s too late and I’ll have to do it Friday and oh noes everybody is looking at me than forgot to make it.

    That’s right, I am a shamefull hussy.
